This course is a continuation of Volunteer Cycle I. Every step of the volunteer cycle deserves all your attention. Your level of dedication will send a positive message to your satkeholders and the leadership of your organization. Even most important, it will tell your volunteers that they are welcomed and appreciated.

• Develop an appreciation for the Administration of Volunteer Resources as a profession
• Motivate workers in the Profession of Administration of Volunteer Resources to advocate for the profession as well as the Volunteer Program
• Develop the necessary skills for organization preparedness to include volunteers 
• Plan, implement, and evaluate a successful Volunteer Program 
• Understand The Life Cycle Of Volunteers, with the aim to create a culture that appreciates and recognizes volunteers for their contribution to the community

• Supervision of Volunteers
• Volunteer Recognition

This is three lesson course and you will start with lesson number seven followed by a quiz that requires and 80% passing score. After each quiz you will be directed to the next lesson. Do not leave mid quiz because you will get a failing mark if you do so. You can leave mid lesson and come back to the same spot to continue later. The average time required for this course is 4 hours.
