Congratulations! You have chosen to be an Administrator of Volunteer Resources. In this new chosen profession you will need to be ready to respond to every situation with complete professionalism. From dealing with the leadership of your organization to direct interaction with the community, you will need a new level of understanding of volunteerism and its benefits to the organization, the volunteers and the impact they have in the community.  You will also need to connect with others in the profession for support and advocacy.

• Develop an appreciation for the Administration of Volunteer Resources as a profession
• Motivate workers in the Profession of Administration of Volunteer Resources to advocate for the profession as well as the Volunteer Program
• Develop the necessary skills for organization preparedness to include volunteers 
• Plan, implement, and evaluate a successful Volunteer Program 
• Understand The Life Cycle Of Volunteers, with the aim to create a culture that appreciates and recognizes volunteers for their contribution to the community

This is four lesson course and you will start with lesson number ten followed by a quiz that requires and 80% passing score. After each quiz you will be directed to the next lesson. Do not leave mid quiz because you will get a failing mark if you do so. You can leave mid lesson and come back to the same spot to continue later. The average time required for this course is 4 hours.
